You think bacterias are so cool and pretty :)
I started to like microbiology since fall quarter last year. Now, I'm taking Environmental Microbes which entitles you to go at least 3 days a week on your own time to go and count the bacterias. And usually on weekends too.
So, this is what I usually do on my Saturdays.
The incubator where we keep our bacterias to grow.
Retention pond sample. The yellow ones are pretty, and above it looks like sand..
This is sort of cute looking.
Overlooking Syirah..
This is cute too. ^_^
And this one is very pretty right? Makes you wonder how can a bacteria from a swamp looks so pretty.
So, now you know what I do for my classes.

Dekat tempat kerja nouri ada banyak lab sebab clinic kan..and one of the labs there analyze urine samples..dia punya tempat nampak macam lab lin skit...banyak plate with god knows what..i wonder if they let bacteria grow in the sample..?
I dont think you plate your urine sample. Usually you just run test on some machine i forgot what its name for drugs or other stuff. Masa lin kerja kat doping center, thats what they do. They also have food microbiology at that place to test bacterias. So maybe those plates they use for food? Tgk orang sakit perut makan ape bley sakit. I don't know. Go and ask if you are curious.
owh ada big big machine..i guess thats the machine. but bukan lin cakap machine tu mahal ke dulu? tempat kerja nouri klinik biasa je. im not sure if they late the urine or not but there is a chart of different urine samples under the telescope. ntahla they might use it for other stuff. susah nak tanya because i dont work at that part. sometimes kalau orang tak cukup only i go help out there. and if i do work there also by then orang dah balik. we'll see whens the next time i work there. nouri kerja bahagian x-ray/ eye clinic and sexual health advocates offices..
